Mission Control is a Specialized app dedicated to our Turbo range of electric bikes. It allows you to tune the support modes, plan & record rides, and to diagnose problems with your bike.
We support all Specialized Turbo bikes supporting Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) connectivity technology:
all Turbo, Turbo S and Turbo X with BLE connectivity
How do I connect to my Turbo (video manual below):
first, download, install, and open the app. Then, either register (new user) or log in (existing user)
turn on Bluetooth in your phone settings
switch on your Turbo bike (without a Turbo bike you can only use the demo mode)
in the Mission Control App settings, select “MY BIKES” and click on the bike or serial number that matches yours. You may be asked for a pairing code depending on the bike, but a connection with your bike only needs to be established via the Mission Control App once.
with that done, you’re set up for using the app. Please refer to the manual above for detailed app instructions.
Your bike is completely functional without the Mission Control App. We recommend that you register, connect, and experiment with tuning your bike first. Your settings will then be saved in the bike, so you won’t need to keep your phone with you, or be connected to the bike, to enjoy riding your Turbo. If you wish to manage or record your ride, however, you will need to keep your phone with you and remain connected to the bike.
Connecting with your cycling community can be tough when a ride’s info is spread out between social media, text messages, and forums. But with Ride, you can find and create group rides based on your location. No more barriers - just new rides, new friends, and an easier way to put it all together.
And when you can’t ride with others, Ride lets you connect your ANGi sensor and to take advantage of automated safety features, like ride notifications and crash detection.
Find Rides - Find rides in your area by day, time, type, effort, or even distance.
Create Rides - Building a ride community takes, well, a community. Ride lets you post your planned rides, so others can find them and join in on the fun.
Messaging Riders - Stay up to date on your ride notifications through the message board. Weather delays, route changes, and pre-ride gossip now have a home.
Connect with ANGi sensors - Mount a Specialized ANGi sensor to your helmet and pair it with the app. Your emergency contacts will be sent an email or text alert from your phone and notified of your location if ANGi detects that you’ve been in a crash.
Record Riders - Record, save, and view ride results in your profile, plus view maps, metrics, and your ANGi status. Your ride history is only visible to you, but you can link your Ride account to STRAVA®, so you’ll never miss a segment.
Specialized Power Cranks App
The Specialized Power Cranks app is designed for Specialized riders who want to train and race with authority and intention via the most accurate power meter available today - the S-Works Power Cranks.
Using the Specialized Power Cranks app is simple - we’ll walk you through a few easy-to-follow steps to help you pair your Power Cranks with your mobile device.
Stay hyper-aware of your bike’s Power Cranks—and your own power output. You’ll get easy access to your Power Cranks’ specs, including ANT+ID and serial numbers, plus the ability to connect to other devices, such as Garmin, Wahoo and Cyclemeter.
