Gift cards

Our gift cards make an ideal present and are available in 500 CZK, 1,000 CZK, 2,000 CZK and 5,000 CZK denominations.

We also offer a gift card worth 3,999 CZK for the Retül FIT.

Gift cards can be purchased online.

Conditions:

General information:

• The gift card can be used for a single purchase of goods or services at the Specialized Concept Store in Prague 6.
• The goods must be at least equal in value to or higher than the value of the gift card. The gift card cannot, even in part, be exchanged for cash.
• One gift card cannot be used for multiple payments, but one payment can be made using more than one gift card.
• Gift cards are available in 500 CZK, 1,000 CZK, 2,000 CZK and 5,000 CZK denominations.
• The Retül FIT gift card has a value of 3,999 CZK.
• The gift card contains 3 following items of information: a) nominal value, b) date of issue, and c) card code (barcode).
• The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it is purchased.
• The gift card becomes invalid if it is not used after 12 months from the date it is purchased.
• A valid gift card will be accepted from the first person to present it. We do not verify the identity of this person.
• Gift cards cannot be used for items offered at a reduced price.

Sale of gift cards:

When purchasing a gift card, a proof of transaction (receipt or invoice), including the code, is issued. Please keep this document for any future refunds, cancelation if the card is lost, or possible return of the card.

• If a gift card is not issued in the name of a specific person, it can be transferred.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase items offered at a reduced price.

Refunds:

• In case of any doubts about the validity of gift card or whether it can be recognized, the matter can be resolved only with the person presenting the proof of transaction.
