With our "Convenient Delivery" service, you can have your bike picked up by our courier at the place of your choice.

On the day before the booking date, make a "Convenient Delivery" request by phone on +420 222 960 800, or online here.

After your bike is dropped off for service, our mechanic will e-mail you with the estimated price.
Upon your approval (by e-mail or phone), we’ll carry out the servicing.
After the service, we’ll send you an e-mail with the final price and a list of the work carried out.
After we receive the payment, you can pick up the bike in person or have it delivered.

Before it is handed over to the courier, the bike should be properly packed; otherwise the courier may refuse to pick up it.
Your bike must be adequately insured.
For a fee, you can use the Convenient Pick up/Drop off on time service.
A bike cannot be accepted for servicing without prior booking.
After servicing, a bike cannot be handed over to the courier without prior verification from the customer.
